The Vegetable rice range from Green Isle, are a great low calorie alternative to white rice which is naturally gluten free, ready to use straight from frozen in your favourite recipes.

Introducing, NEW Green Isle Cauliflower Rice +, these new additions to our range are naturally gluten free, vegan friendly and contain plant protein.

Green Isle Cauliflower Rice + with Sweet Potato, Quinoa, Peas and lentils, contains only 11g of carbs, 32% fewer calories than boiled rice and is a source of Protein, Fibre and & Vitamin K

Green Isle Cauliflower Rice + with Chick peas, Pomegranate Seeds, Butternut Squash and Red Onion, contains only 6.1g of carbs, 52% fewer calories than boiled rice and is a source of Protein, Fibre and & Vitamin K

Each Cauliflower Rice + pack contains 2 x 160g inner steam bags and cooks perfectly in 3 minutes!

Green Isle Cauliflower Rice is made from 100% cauliflower, and contains only 3g of carbs, 86% fewer calories than boiled rice and is a source of Vitamin C.

 Green Isle Broccoli Rice is made from 100% broccoli and contains only 2g of carbs, 83% fewer calories than boiled rice and is a source of Vitamin C. 

Green Isle Super Greens Rice is made from a carefully selected mix of five greens (broccoli, kale, spinach, zucchini and seaweed) and contains only 2g of carbs, 83% fewer calories than boiled rice and is source of vitamin A.

Cauliflower Rice

Ingredients: 100% Cauliflower

Green Isle Cauliflower Rice, a great low calorie alternative to white rice, prepared and ready to use from frozen. Green Isle Cauliflower Rice is naturally gluten free and a source of Vitamin C.
Each 160g bag contains only 3g of carbs, 86% fewer calories than boiled white rice and cooks perfectly in 3 mins. Serve instead of rice, potato or pasta for healthy mealtimes across the week.

Cooking Instructions:

Microwave*: 1. Place a 160g Green Isle Cauliflower Rice bag, unopened, printed side up in microwave. (Do not pierce steambag)
2. Adjust cooking time according to the power rating of your microwave oven and the serving quantity. During cooking the steam bag will slowly inflate as steam builds up in bag. A special vent in the packaging allows the steam to escape slowly during cooking.
1 bag: 650W 3 1/2 mins; 750W 3 1/2 mins; 850W 3 mins
3. Stand for 1 minute. Remove bag from microwave, drain, season and serve.

Stir Fry: Add 1-2 tablespoons of cooking oil into a non-stick hot wok or frying pan. Empty contents of 1 x 160g bag of Green Isle Cauliflower Rice into wok and stir fry on a medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
