1 packet Green Isle Sweet Potato & Cauliflower Mash

150 grams red lentils

400 ml vegetable stock

1 teaspoon ground turmeric

½ teaspoon ground cumin

½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

½ teaspoon chilli flakes

½ cm piece of fresh ginger, finely grated

1 garlic clove, finely grated

Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Coriander leaves, to garnish


  1. Place all of the ingredients, except for the coriander leaves, into a saucepan and set over a medium heat.
  2. Bring to the boil and cook for 15 - 20 minutes until thickened and fragrant, adding more stock if necessary.
  3. Serve sprinkled with coriander leaves.
