Ingredients
- Feta cheese (70g) – Crumbled (for one lunchbox)
- Prawns (100g) – Peeled and cooked (for one lunchbox)
- Chicken breast (1 large breast) – Cooked and diced (for one lunchbox)
Method:
- Cook the Penne Pasta & Vegetables: Follow the instructions on the Green Isle packaging to cook the penne pasta and vegetables. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a non-stick wok or frying pan, add the pasta mix, and stir-fry on medium heat for 7-10 minutes until heated through.
- Separate into Lunchboxes: Divide the cooked pasta and vegetables evenly into 3 lunchboxes.
- Add Protein: a. In the first lunchbox, top with 70g of crumbled feta for a Mediterranean-inspired meal. b. In the second lunchbox, add 100g of cooked prawns for a light and flavorful option. c. In the third lunchbox, add 1 cooked and diced chicken breast for a protein-packed meal.
