Whether you cook all five recipes one day after the next, or choose just two, this smart guide will guarantee you enjoy delicious meals on a regular basis. Simply stock up with the list of store cupboard and freezer essentials, and then you only need to buy a few additional items for the recipes you plan to cook.

All of the recipes are quick and easy to prepare and cook and serve four people. If cooking for less, why not freeze the balance in portions, remembering to date and label each container. This is a great way to ensure you spend less time cooking during a busy week and will also help you to budget.

Complete Shopping List for all 5 recipes:


• 150g Green Isle Green Beans
• 200g Green Isle Baby Carrots
• 200g Green Isle Garden Peas
• Green Isle Country Mix
• 250g Green Isle Broccoli
• 1 bag Green Isle Asian Stir-Fry
• 7 garlic cloves, crushed
• 1 leek, sliced
• 300g mushrooms, sliced
• Squeeze in some lemon juice
• 1 onion, halved & sliced

Cauliflower Rice is suggested to serve with many of the meals, this depends on your family requirements. You may include this or any of our vegetable rices for those that would prefer a lighter option. For those who would prefer regular rice, we suggest basmati. 

Meat & Fish:
• 8 boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite sized pieces
• 450g lean minced beef
• 4 salmon fillets

Store cupboard Ingredients:
• 8 tablespoons vegetable/ olive oil
• 5 tablespoons soy sauce
• 400 ml can coconut milk
• Vegetable stock cubes
• 320g penne pasta
• 3 tablespoon honey
• Freshly ground black pepper and sea salt
• 7 tablespoons oyster sauce
• 2 tablespoon Thai fish sauce

Herbs & Spices:
• 3 teaspoon chilli flakes
• Basil, 3 handful of fresh leaves, shredded

• 200g cottage cheese
• 50g Parmesan cheese
