It’s a simple way to enjoy all the nutrition of fresh vegetables, with no waste and zero prep hassle. This dish is sure to impress at any BBQ or dinner table.

Ingredients:
- ½ cup Greek yoghurt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- ¼ cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp fresh oregano, chopped
- ½ red onion, finely diced
- 1 tbsp oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Method:
- Cover the corn in oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook for 10 mins at 200*C.
- Turn over and cook until fully cooked.
- Mix the yoghurt, lemon juice, feta, dried oregano, garlic powder and spoon onto the corn.
- Garnish with crumbled feta, red onion and fresh oregano and serve.
