Ingredients
- Green Isle Chargrilled Vegetables with Lightly Seasoned Potato (450g)
- Steak (3 pieces, about 200g each)
- Chimichurri sauce (about 3-4 tablespoons)
Method:
- Cook the Chargrilled Vegetables:Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (400°F). Place 200g of Green Isle Chargrilled Vegetables into the air fryer basket. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer. Cook for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the vegetables are crisp and golden. Repeat with remaining vegetables.
- Cook the Steak: Season the steaks with salt and pepper, or your favourite steak seasoning. Cook the steaks to your desired level of doneness. You can grill, pan-sear, or cook them in the air fryer. Here’s a quick guideline for pan-searing: Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat with a bit of oil. For medium-rare, cook for 3-4 minutes on each side. Adjust the time for your preferred doneness. Once cooked, let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Serve & Enjoy: This vibrant dish is ready to serve immediately. If meal prepping, store the steak, vegetables, and chimichurri separately and combine when ready to eat.
