Green Isle Crispy Brussel Sprout Party Skewers

Impress your guests with Crispy Brussels Sprout Party Skewers, a simple yet sophisticated appetiser. Featuring Green Isle Crispy Brussels Sprouts, creamy buffalo mozzarella, and delicate prosciutto, these skewers are perfect for parties, gatherings, or festive occasions. Topped with a sweet and tangy honey mustard drizzle, they offer a balance of crispiness, creaminess, and savoury satisfaction. Quick to make and full of flavour, they’re sure to be the star of your party platter!

Ingredients

1 pack Green Isle Crispy Brussels Sprouts (400g)

1 ball buffalo mozzarella (approx. 125g), diced

6 slices prosciutto, torn and rolled into bite-sized pieces

2 tbsp honey

1 tbsp wholegrain mustard

Method:  

  1. Preheat air fryer to 200°C. Place 200g of the sprouts in the basket. Cook for 10 minutes or until crisp and golden, shake occasionally to ensure an even cook. Pre-heat oven to 200°C/fan 180°C/ Gas mark 6 spread the sprouts on a baking tray and cook for 14-18 minutes until crisp and golden. Turn the sprouts halfway through cooking.
  2. Prepare the Ingredients: ○Dice the buffalo mozzarella into bite-sized cubes. ○Roll the torn prosciutto into small pieces.
  3. Make the Honey Mustard Drizzle: In a small bowl, mix together the honey and wholegrain mustard until well combined.
  4. Assemble the Skewers: a.Thread one crispy Brussels sprout onto a skewer, followed by a piece of mozzarella and a rolled piece of prosciutto. b.Repeat this pattern until the skewer is filled. Continue assembling until all ingredients are used.
  5. Arrange the skewers on a serving platter and drizzle them lightly with the honey mustard mixture.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy these bite-sized bursts of flavour!
