Honey-Chilli Corn on the Cob
Sweet, smoky, and a little spicy—these Green Isle Mini Corn on the Cobs are the ultimate summer side. Cooked until tender, then brushed with a rich, buttery honey-chilli glaze and finished in the air fryer for that irresistible caramelised crunch. Quick, easy, and packed with flavour, it’s a fun way to serve up one of your five-a-day with zero food waste.

Ingredients:
- 1 pack Green Isle Mini Corn on the Cob
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 4 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp sriracha
- ½ tsp chilli flakes (optional)
- 50g melted butter
Method:
- Bring a pot of water to the boil. Add the mini corn cobs and simmer for 8–9 minutes until tender.
- In a small bowl, mix the honey, sriracha, chilli flakes (if using), melted butter, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat your air fryer to 200°C.
- Place the cooked corn in the air fryer basket and brush generously with the honey-chilli sauce.
- Air fry for 6 minutes, turning once halfway through, until golden and lightly charred.
- Serve warm—perfect as a side, snack, or BBQ favourite.
