Green Isle Pea Pesto Pasta

Ingredients:

  • Green Isle Frozen Garden Peas x 100g
  • Pasta x 2 servings
  • Greek yogurt x 2 tbsp
  • Pesto x 3 tbsp
  • Radish x 2, sliced
  • Rocket x handful, chopped
  • Chilli flakes as desired
  • Parmesan as desired

Method:  

  1. Cook pasta according to the package instructions.
  2. Boil peas for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Strain the pasta and the peas.
  4. Place in a bowl and mix in the other ingredients.
  5. Garnish with chilli flakes and Parmesan.
  6. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
