Green Isle Penne Pasta & Vegetables with an Italian Style Seasoning and Air Fryer Chicken

Ingredients

375g Green Isle Penne Pasta & Vegetables with an Italian Seasoning

2 chicken breasts

Olive oil

Pinch of Italian seasoning

Sea salt & freshly ground black pepper

Basil leaves, to serve

Method:  

  1. For the chicken, drizzle with olive oil then sprinkle over some Italian herbs and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Preheat your air fryer or oven to 180 C and when hot, place the chicken in to cook for 15 minutes in their air fryer or the oven for 20 - 25 minutes, until cooked through and golden. Slice the chicken into bite sized pieces and set aside.
  3. Add a tablespoon of cooking oil into a non-stick hot wok or frying pan. Add the required amount of product and stir fry on a medium heat for 7-10 minutes.
  4. Stir the chicken through the cooked pasta and stir to ensure everything is piping hot then serve in bowls with a few basil leaves.
