Ingredients:
- Green Isle Protein Stir Fry x 150g
- Noodles x 2 servings
- Red cabbage x ¼ small
- Spring onions x 2
- Sesame seeds x sprinkle
- Lime x 1
- Cashew nuts x 100g
Dressing:
- Tahini x 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice x 1 tbsp
- Maple x 2 tsp
- Crushed garlic x 1 tsp
- Salt
Method:
- Boil the noodles for 8-12 minutes.
- Pan-fry the Green Isle Protein Stir Fry for 6-8 minutes.
- Slice the cabbage and the spring onions.
- Make the dressing by whisking the ingredients together.
- Build the bowl by adding the noodles, the stir-fry ingredients, the cabbage, and garnish with the spring onions, the cashew nuts, and the sesame seeds.
- Drizzle with the dressing.
