Let’s Cook Protein Stir Fry

Green Isle Protein Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

  • Green Isle Protein Stir Fry x 150g
  • Noodles x 2 servings
  • Red cabbage x ¼ small
  • Spring onions x 2
  • Sesame seeds x sprinkle
  • Lime x 1
  • Cashew nuts x 100g

Dressing:

  • Tahini x 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice x 1 tbsp
  • Maple x 2 tsp
  • Crushed garlic x 1 tsp
  • Salt

Method:  

  1. Boil the noodles for 8-12 minutes.
  2. Pan-fry the Green Isle Protein Stir Fry for 6-8 minutes.
  3. Slice the cabbage and the spring onions.
  4. Make the dressing by whisking the ingredients together.
  5. Build the bowl by adding the noodles, the stir-fry ingredients, the cabbage, and garnish with the spring onions, the cashew nuts, and the sesame seeds.
  6. Drizzle with the dressing.
