For best results cook from frozen. This product must be cooked thoroughly. Always check the product is piping hot before serving.
To Stir Fry: Add a tablespoon of cooking oil into a non-stick hot wok or frying pan. Add the required amount of Green Isle Protein Stir Fry and stir fry on a medium heat for 6-8 minutes. Add a few drops of water to the wok or pan to add moisture if required.
