Korean stir fry burrito bowl

Enjoy this healthy, Korean style burrito bowl with our Protein Stir Fry Mix. Ready in less than half an hour, this veggie packed bowl is perfect for healthy lunches or dinners and tastes as delicious as it looks!

1 x bag Green Isle Protein Stir Fry Mix

2 tablespoons gochujang

1 tablespoon sesame oil

200 grams sushi rice

2 tablespoons mirin

½ red cabbage, thinly sliced

200 grams Green Isle Frozen Sweetcorn

1 tablespoon butter

1 tablespoon white miso

3 spring onions, thinly sliced

Fresh coriander leaves, to serve

Lime wedges, to serve

Method:  Method

  1. Stir fry the Green Isle Protein stir fry mix with the gochujang and sesame oil.
  2. Cook sushi rice then stir in mirin.
  3. Add juice of ½ a lime to thinly sliced red cabbage.
  4. Cook sweetcorn and then toss with butter and miso.
  5. Serve with spring onions, coriander and lime wedges.
