Sunrise Smoothie Bowl
Smoothie bowls are the perfect way to help you get your five a day,

Ingredients
1 pack of Green Isle Sunrise Smoothie
425g (Strawberry, Banana, Blueberry)
3 tbsp of Greek yogurt
1 small jug of water
2 tbsp of oats 1 tbsp Chia seeds
Method:
- Add ½ Bag of the frozen mix to the blender/ nutri bullet
- Add the Greek yogurt and oats
- Add the small jug of water, you can add more if the mix is too thick Blend until smooth.
- Pour mix into a bowl and repeat the steps above depending on the portion size needed.
- Decorate with a handful of green isle sunrise mix defrosted and some Chia seeds.
