Onion Rings
Lightly battered and formed onion rings pre-fried and frozen.

Remove all packaging before cooking. For best results cook from frozen.
This product must be cooked thoroughly. Always check the product is piping hot before serving.
Deep Fry: Pre-heat a deep fryer only one third full of oil to 190°C. Gently lower a small quantity of Green Isle Onion rings into the oil and fry for 2-3 minutes. Drain well before serving.
Grill: Pre-heat the grill to a medium heat. Place the Green Isle Onion Rings on a rack and grill for 8-10 minutes turning halfway until crisp and golden.
Oven cook: Place the Green Isle Onion Rings on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven. Turn once during cooking.
Fan assisted oven: Bake for 12-14 minutes in a pre-heated oven 200°C/Gas Mark 6 until crisp and golden.
Conventional oven: Bake for 12-14 minutes in a pre-heated oven 225°C/Gas Mark 7 until crisp and golden.
