Beef & noodle stir fry with Asian Stir Fry Mix

1 tablespoon light soy sauce

1 tablespoon cornflour

250 grams striploin steak, cut into thin slices



For the sauce:

2 tbsp. dark soy sauce

2 tbsp. oyster sauce

1 tbsp. rice wine

3 tbsp. vegetable  oil

1 tbsp. light soy sauce

For the stir fry:

1 tbsp. vegetable oil

400g Green Isle Asian Stir Fry

400g udon noodles, cooked

Coriander leaves, to serve


  1. In a bowl, add the light soy sauce and cornflour and whisk to combine. Add the steak, toss to coat and set aside. In another bowl, combine all the ingredients for the sauce together.
  2. Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a large non-stick pan over a high heat. Add the steak and fry for 2-3 minutes - you may need to do this in batches so as not to crowd the pan. Remove the steak when it’s cooked and set aside to rest.
  3. Clean the pan with kitchen paper and add the 1 tablespoon vegetable oil. Add the Green Isle Asian Stir Fry and cook for 5 minutes. Add the sauce to the pan along with the noodles and heat through then add the beef and toss to coat everything in the sauce. Serve the stir fry with some coriander leaves on top.
