Minced beef, Onion and Mushrooms

Ingredients
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 teaspoon chilli flakes
450g lean minced beef
5 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon water
1 onion, halved & sliced
150g mushrooms, sliced
Freshly ground black pepper
150g Green Isle Green Beans
Basil, handful of fresh leaves shredded
Green Isle Cauliflower Rice
Method:
- Heat the oil in a preheated wok or deep frying pan, add the garlic and chilli flakes and fry for 1 minute.
- Add the minced beef and brown all over, before stirring in the oyster sauce, soy sauce, and water.
- Add the onion and mushrooms, season with black pepper and cook over a moderate heat for 5 minutes.
- Stir in the Green Isle Green Beans and continue to cook for 5 minutes.
- Mix through shredded basil.
- Serve with Green Isle Cauliflower Rice.
