Chilli Asian Prawn Stir Fry with Cauliflower Rice
Midweek meals are made easy with our Asian Stir Fry and Cauliflower Rice, substitute prawns with chicken, beef, pork or any other veggies of your choosing.

225g prawns
2tbsp cooking oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sesame oil
320g Green Isle Cauliflower Rice
3 tbsp chill sauce ( add according to taste)
1 pack of Green Isle Asian Stir Fry
Method:
- Place prawns in bowl, add soya sauce & sesame oil. Set aside for 10 mins.
- Add 1 tbsp of oil to hot wok/pan. Add prawns and stir fry on medium-high heat until cooked through, then remove from pan.
- Add 1 tbsp of oil to hot wok/pan. Add ½ pack of Green Isle Asian Stir Fry and stir fry for 5-7 minutes.
- Add cooked prawns, chilli sauce and caulifower rice to stir fry and mix together for 3-4 minutes. Serve & enjoy!
- Alternatively substitute the Prawns for Chicken, Beef or Pork.
