Corn on the Cob – BBQ Corn Ribs
Say hello to your new favourite BBQ side—sweet, smoky, sticky corn ribs made with Green Isle Mini Corn on the Cob. Air-fried to golden perfection and tossed in a punchy tomato BBQ glaze, they’re everything you want in a summer bite—messy, bold, and totally moreish.

Ingredients:
- 1 pack Green Isle Mini Corn on the Cob
- 3 tbsp tomato relish
- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 3 tbsp hot sauce
- 1 tbsp BBQ seasoning
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh coriander, chopped (for garnish)
Method:
- Bring a pot of water to the boil. Add the corn and simmer for 8 minutes until tender.
- In a saucepan, whisk together the tomato relish, vinegar, mustard, brown sugar, hot sauce, BBQ seasoning, and salt. Heat gently until warm and combined.
- Carefully cut each corn cob into quarters lengthways to create “ribs”.
- Brush the BBQ sauce generously over the corn ribs.
- Air fry at 200°C for 6 minutes, or until caramelised and slightly charred.
- Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot—ideal for BBQs, parties, or a fun side dish.
