Mixed Berry Yoghurt Bites

Cool, creamy, and bursting with berry flavour—these yoghurt bites made with Green Isle Mixed Berries are the perfect refreshing snack. Naturally sweet and packed with vitamin C, they’re a fun way to enjoy your 1 of 5-a-day with no food waste.

Ingredients:

  • 85g Green Isle Mixed Berries
  • 2–3 tsp chia seeds
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 2–3 tsp maple syrup
  • 120g Greek-style yoghurt

Method:  

  1. In a bowl, mash the Green Isle Mixed Berries and stir in chia seeds, vanilla, and maple syrup.
  2. Spoon into small circles on parchment paper and freeze for around 2 hours until firm.
  3. Once frozen, dip or cover each berry disc in Greek-style yoghurt and return to the freezer until fully set.
  4. Enjoy straight from the freezer as a fruity, cooling snack!
