Green Isle Croquettes with melted brie platter
Transform a simple appetiser into a show-stopping platter with Green Isle Croquettes. These golden delights, made from creamy mashed potato rolled in a crispy breadcrumb coating, pair perfectly with melted brie and a hint of sweet and nutty flavours. Quick to prepare and packed with potato perfection, this dish is ideal for entertaining or treating yourself to something special. Air fryer-friendly and free from artificial colours, flavours, or preservatives, it’s effortless indulgence at its best.

Ingredients
1 pack Green Isle Croquettes
1 wheel of Brie
1 sprig fresh rosemary, finely chopped
2 tbsp roasted nibbed hazelnuts, chopped
1–2 tbsp honey, for drizzling
Grapes, orange slices, or other fresh fruit, to serve
Method:
- Cook the croquettes for 15–20 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 200°C. If using an air fryer, see manufacturers guidelines for best results.
- Melt the brie cheese in the air-fryer at 190 for 8-12 minutes, checking regularly. Once it is soft in the middle, take out and remove the top.
- Sprinkle with chopped rosemary and roasted nibbed hazelnuts, drizzle with honey.
- Create a platter with croquettes, brie, grapes, orange slices and anything else you want to serve. Serve immediately and enjoy this warm, gooey, and perfectly crispy pairing!
