Chicken goujons
Tzatziki sauce
¼ x Red onion
¼ x Tomato
Handful of shredded lettuce
1 x Pita bread
Method:
- Preheat your air fryer to 200°C. Place Green Isle Extra Crispy Crinkle Chips in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10 minutes, shaking the basket occasionally to ensure an even cook. Keep an eye on the chips as cooking times may vary depending on the air fryer model—adjust the cooking time accordingly to achieve a crisp and golden finish.
- Simultaneously, add the chicken goujons to the air fryer (or cook according to package instructions) and cook until golden and crispy, making sure they’re thoroughly heated through.
- While the chips and chicken are cooking, finely slice ¼ of a red onion, ¼ of a tomato, and shred a handful of lettuce.
- To make the gyro, on a warmed wrap, layer tzatziki sauce, chicken, chips, onion and tomato.
- Serve with extra crispy crinkle chips, salad and tzatziki sauce.
