Ingredients
For dip:
- 3 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 2 x cloves garlic
- Salt
- 1 x wedge lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. truffle oil
For chips:
- Green Isle Extra Crispy French Fries
- Olive oil
- 2 x cloves garlic (pre chopped/crushed)
- Chilli flakes
- Parsley
- Truffle oil
- Parmesan cheese
- Prosciutto x 3 slices, crisped on a pan
Method:
- These instructions are guidelines only as cooking appliances may vary. Remove all packaging before cooking. For best results cook from frozen. This product must be cooked thoroughly. To air fry: Preheat air fryer to 200°C. Place 200g of chips in the basket. Cook for 8 minutes or until crisp and golden, shake occasionally to ensure an even cook. To oven cook: Pre-heat oven to 220°C/Fan 200°C/Gas mark 7. Spread the chips on a baking tray and cook for 16-18 minutes until crisp and golden. Turn the chips halfway through cooking. Deep fry: Deep fry the chips in hot oil (175°C) for 2 1/2 minutes to 3 minutes. Drain on kitchen roll before serving.
- Make sauce combining ingredients
- Fry up olive oil, garlic, chilli flakes, parsley, truffle oil
- Toss chips in bowl with the above mix
- Grate in parmesan and toss again
- Serve in chip basket on plate with dip
- Garnish with more parsley and serve with lemon wedge
