1 pack Green Isle Ready Roasted Vegetables with Lightly Seasoned Potato
180g Pil Pil prawns
Chopped parsley to taste
Method:
- Air Fryer: Preheat air fryer to 200°C. Place 200g of vegetables in the basket. Cook for 10 minutes or until crisp and golden, shake occasionally to ensure an even cook.Oven cook: Pre-heat oven to 220°C/Fan 200°C/Gas Mark 7. Spread the vegetables on a baking tray and cook for 14-18 minutes until crisp and golden. Turn the vegetables halfway through cooking.
- Pan fry some pil pil prawns until cooked (approx 5-8 minutes)
- Arrange the roasted vegetables on a serving plate. Top with the warmed king prawns, making sure to drizzle any remaining chili oil from the pan over the dish for extra flavour and serve with a wedge of lemon.
