Garden Peas

Waffles, Sweetcorn, Garden Peas and Breaded Haddock

Enjoy Green Isle potato waffles with Garden Peas and Sweetcorn mixed and some Donegal Catch Breaded Haddock. A quick and tasty dinner option that ensures your family get their 5 a day.

Ingredients

1 box of Green Isle Waffles

350g Green Isle Garden Peas

350g Green Isle Sweetcorn

Handful of basil leaves

1 x Packet Donegal Catch Breaded Haddock

Method:  

  1. Preheat oven 200C
  2. Place Breaded Haddock on a pre-heated baking tray on top shelf of oven. 18-22 minutes.
  3. Place the Green Isle Waffles on a baking tray in a pre-heated oven. Turn the waffles once during cooking. Bake for 13-15 minutes until crisp and golden.
  4. Put the Green Isle Garden Peas and Green Isle sweetcorn into boiling water. Cover, bring back to the boil and simmer for 3-4 minutes. Drain and place into a serving bowl sprinkle with basil leaves.
