Green Isle Skinny Chips and Donegal Catch Fish Fingers are a match made in heaven for busy households who want a quick and easy, kid friendly meal, delicious served with a side of ketchup.Here we use an oven but alternatively, you can use an air fryer for this recipe – please check manufacture’s guidelines for optimal cooking instructions.

Ingredients

1 box of Donegal Catch Fish Fingers

1/2 bag Green Isle Skinny Chips

Method:  

  1. Preheat oven 220C
  2. Lay chips out on a large baking tray and place into the oven for 20 - 25 minutes, until golden and piping hot throughout.
  3. Place fish fingers on a pre-heated baking tray on centre shelf, turning once for 12-14 minutes.
  4. Alternatively, you can use an air fryer for this recipe - please check manufacture's guidelines for optimal cooking instructions.
  5. Serve along with some ketchup. Enjoy!
