Ingredients
200g Green Isle Straight Cut Chips
2 floury rolls
Butter, for spreading
Sea salt
Ketchup, for serving
Method:
- To air fry, preheat the air fryer to 200℃. Place 200g of chips in the basket. Cook for 10 minutes or until crisp and golden, shake occasionally to ensure an even cook.
- To oven cook, preheat the oven to 220℃/Fan 200℃/Gas mark 7.
- Spread the chips on a baking tray and cook for 20-25 minutes until crisp and golden. Turn the chips halfway through cooking.
- Whilst the chips cook, butter your rolls.
- When the chips are ready, divide between the rolls, season with salt and add ketchup if desired.
