Lasagne Loaded Extra Crispy Crinkle Chips

Ingredients
- 250g minced beef
- 250ml tomato sauce
- Cheddar and mozzarella cheese, to taste
- A few sprigs of parsley, finely chopped
- Green Isle Crinkle Cut Chips
White Sauce
50g butter
50g flour
200ml milk
Handful of grated cheese
Method:
- Bolognese: In a skillet, cook the minced beef until browned, then add the tomato sauce. Set aside.
- White Sauce: In a separate pan, melt the butter and stir in the flour to form a roux. Cook for 1-2 minutes, then gradually add the milk, whisking until smooth. Add a handful of grated cheese, stir until melted, and season with pepper.
- Cooking times may vary in different makes or models. Adjust cooking time accordingly and ensure the product is cooked thoroughly before serving. Preheat air fryer to 200°C. Place chips in the basket. Cook for 10 minutes or until crisp and golden, shake occasionally to ensure an even cook.
- Assembly 1. Layer the crispy chips on a serving plate. 2. Drizzle with white sauce, followed by a sprinkle of cheese. 3. Add the bolognese, then top with more white sauce and an extra layer of cheese. 4. Air fry for an additional 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. 5. Garnish with parsley and serve hot!
