No bake Strawberry Cheese cake
This no bake Strawberry cheesecake can be made the day before for a delicious and easy dessert the whole family will enjoy.

1 pack of greenisle frozen strawberries thawed
225g plain biscuits
225g melted butter
71g sugar
340ml whipping cream
675g cream cheese
Method:
- Crush biscuits and blend with melted butter.
- Cover the bottom of an 9inch spring form tin or individual tins with the biscuit mixture, patting it down and place in the fridge.
- For the filling, puree the strawberries and sugar in a blender, add cream cheese and blend until smooth. Pour in whipping cream and whip until thick.
- Pour mixture over base and leave to set in the fridge overnight.
- Release from tin and decorate to serve.
