No bake Strawberry Cheese cake

This no bake Strawberry cheesecake can be made the day before for a delicious and easy dessert the whole family will enjoy.

1 pack of greenisle frozen strawberries thawed

225g plain biscuits

225g melted butter

71g sugar

340ml whipping cream

675g cream cheese


  1. Crush biscuits and blend with melted butter.
  2. Cover the bottom of an 9inch spring form tin or individual tins with the biscuit mixture, patting it down and place in the fridge.
  3. For the filling, puree the strawberries and sugar in a blender, add cream cheese and blend until smooth. Pour in whipping cream and whip until thick.
  4. Pour mixture over base and leave to set in the fridge overnight.
  5. Release from tin and decorate to serve.
