Parmesan crusted roasted potatoes

Enjoy our roasted potatoes with this crunch parmesan cheese crust for the ultimate comforting dinner side. This recipe takes just 50 minutes including cooking time, our potatoes also mean you save time on prepping, chopping and washing as well as helping you to avoid food waste. Delicious served with your favourite vegetarian pie or nut roast and some Garden Peas to serve.


1 bag Green Isle Roast Potatoes

50 grams parmesan, finely grated

40 grams panko breadcrumbs

1 garlic clove, grated

Salt and freshly ground pepper

1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped

1 vegetarian pie or nut roast, to serve


  1. Preheat the oven to 200 C / 180 C fan.
  2. Place the Green Isle Roast Potatoes on a baking tray and roast for 20 minutes.
  3. Whilst the potatoes roast, toss the parmesan, panko breadcrumbs, garlic and a pinch of salt and pepper together in a small bowl. After 20 minutes, remove the potatoes from the oven and sprinkle over the cheese mixture, tossing the potatoes in the mixture with a spoon.
  4. Place back into the oven for a further 15 - 20 minutes until crisp and then serve with a sprinkling of parsley.
