Quick Sesame Chicken Noodles with Asian Stir Fry and Chili Oil
This tasty Asian inspired dish is ready in minutes and works perfect for midweek meals or enjoying as a work lunch hot or cold. Save time on prep using pre-cooked chicken and our Asian Stir Fry Mix which requires no prepping, chopping or washing. This dish is made with a tasty tahini and chilli oil sauce, delicious served with egg noodles.

Ingredients
350 grams noodles
100 grams cooked chicken, shredded
250 grams Green Isle Asian Stir Fry Mix
2 Spring onions, finely sliced
Coriander, to serve
For the sauce:
20 grams Tahini
20 grams Peanut Butter
3 tablespoons Soy sauce
2 tablespoons Chilli oil
1 tablespoon Sesame oil
1 tablespoon Black rice vinegar
Method:
- Mix the tahini, peanut butter, soy sauce, chilli oil, sesame oil andblack rice vinegar together to form a thick sauce. Add water to loosen to a creamy consistency and set aside.
- Add small amount of sesame oil to a large frying pan and stir fry the Asian Stir-Fry Mix until hot throughout.
- Add the shredded, cooked chicken and cook for a further 3 - 4 minutes to warm the chicken.
- Cook noodles according to packet instructions and when cooked mix together with the Asian Stir fry mix and chicken and then toss through the sauce.
- Garnish with spring onions, coriander leaves and extra chili oil if desired.
