The chips are thin-cut for a quick, crispy finish in the air fryer, while our naturally sweet peas add a vibrant pop of colour and goodness to the plate. Ingredients
- 500g Green Isle Skinny Chips (1 pack)
- 12 Donegal Catch Omega-3 Fish Fingers
- 300g Green Isle Garden Peas
- 4 tbsp ketchup or mayo
Method:
- Preheat the air fryer to 180°C and cook the fish fingers for 8–10 minutes until crispy and golden.
- Increase the air fryer temperature to 200°C and cook the Skinny Chips for 8 minutes, shaking occasionally to ensure they cook evenly.
- Place the Garden Peas into a pot of boiling water, cover, bring back to the boil, and simmer for 3–4 minutes until tender.
- Plate up the fish fingers, chips, and peas, and serve with a dollop of ketchup or mayo.
