Sweet Potato and Cauliflower Mash with Indian Grilled Chicken
Healthy family meals can be made easy with our NEW Sweet Potato and Cauliflower Mash, perfect with some Indian grilled chicken and Green Isle beans.

Ingredients
4 chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon medium curry powder
1 teaspoon garlic granules
2 packets Green Isle Sweet potato & cauliflower mash
150 grams Green Isle Sliced Beans
To serve
Mango chutney
Coriander leaves
Method:
- Place the chicken in a shallow bowl and add the oil, curry powder and garlic granules, along with a good pinch of salt and pepper.
- Turn to coat all of the chicken in the spices and oil and set aside. Place a large frying pan over a medium heat and add the chicken breasts, cooking on each side for about 8 – 10 minutes, or until cooked through completely.
- While the chicken is cooking, bring a large pot of water to the boil and add the green beans, cooking for 2 – 3 minutes, until al dente.
- Cook the Green Isle Sweet potato & cauliflower mash according to the packet instructions and once the chicken is cooked, serve with the mash and green beans.
- Add a little mango chutney for sweetness and some coriander leaves and enjoy!
