Air Fry
Cooking times may vary in different makes or models. Adjust cooking time accordingly and ensure the product is cooked thoroughly before serving.Preheat air fryer to 200°C. Place 200g of vegetables in the basket. Cook for 10 minutes or until crisp and golden, shake occasionally to ensure an even cook.
Oven cook
Pre-heat oven to 220°C/Fan 200°C/Gas Mark 7.Spread the vegetables on a baking tray and cook for 14-18 minutes until crisp and golden. Turn the vegetables halfway through cooking.
Shallow Fry
Add a tablespoon of cooking oil into a non-stick hot wok or frying pan. Add the required amount of product and stir fry on a medium heat for 7-10 minutes.
