Air Fry
Instructions: 16 minsPreheat air fryer to 200°C. Place 200g of roast potatoes in the basket. Cook for 16 minutes or until crisp and golden, shake occasionally to ensure an even cook.

Oven cook
Instructions: Pre-heat oven to 220°C/Fan 200°C/Gas mark 7.Spread the roast potatoes on a baking tray and cook for 35-38 minutes until crisp and golden.Turn the potatoes halfway through cooking.
