To Deep Fry:
To Deep Fry: Deep fry small quantities of Green Isle chips in hot oil (175ºC) for 3-5 minutes depending on how crisp and golden you like your chips. Drain on absorbent paper before serving.
To Oven Cook:
Place the Green Isle Chips on a baking tray in a pre-heated oven. Turn once during cooking.
– Fan Assisted Oven: Bake for 15-20 minutes in a pre-heated oven 210ºC/Gas Mark 6 until crisp and golden.
– Conventional Oven: Bake for 15-20 minutes in a pre-heated oven 220ºC/Gas Mark 6 until crisp and golden.
