Remove all packaging before cooking. For best results cook from frozen.
This product must be cooked thoroughly. Always check the product is piping hot before serving.
Oven cook: Place the Green Isle Chips on a baking tray in a pre-heated oven. Turn chips once during cooking.
Fan Assisted Oven: Bake for 20-25 minutes in a pre-heated oven 220°C/Gas mark 7 until crisp and golden.
Conventional Oven: Bake for 20-25 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 230°C/Gas mark 8 until crisp and golden.
Shallow Fry: Deep Fry small quantities of Green Isle Chips in hot oil (175°C) for 4-6 minutes depending on how crisp and golden you like your chips. Drain on absorbent paper before serving.
