Ingredients
- 1/2 bag Green Isle Straight Cut Chips
- 320g Green Isle Mixed Veg
- 4 Donegal Catch Breaded Whiting Fillets
- 4tbsp Sweet Chilli Sauce
Method:
- Pour the Green Isle Straight Cut Chips into the air fryer basket. Cook for approximately 15 to 20 minutes (Cooking times will vary depending on appliances so please check your appliance and adjust accordingly) shaking halfway through to prevent them from sticking to the basket.
- For the Breaded Whiting Fillets place on a baking tray on top shelf of a pre-heated oven, 200°C / for 18-22 minutes. Or can be cooked in air fryer also (Cooking times will vary depending on appliances so please check your appliance and adjust accordingly) If you don’t have a two basket air fryer keep in a warm oven while cooking chips.
- Place a 150g serving of Green Isle Mixed Vegetables into a microwaveable container with lid, add 2-3 tablespoons of water, Heat 1-2 minutes
- Once ready to serve, plate up and add some sweet chili sauce on the side as a nice accompaniment.
