Beef Stir Fry with Cauliflower Rice
Enjoy a tasty beef stir fry with our low carb Cauliflower Rice with mixed peppers and oyster sauce for a quick and tasty midweek meal.

Sliced Mixed Peppers 350g
300g sirloin beef, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon of cornflour
2 tablespoon of vegetable oil
1 small onion, sliced
2 cloves of garlic, sliced
5cm fresh ginger, grated
1 head of pak choi, cut in eight lengthways
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2-3 tablespoons of Oyster sauce
Method:
- Place the beef strips into a bowl and mix with the cornflour.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in a hot pan and stir fry the beef for 2-3 minutes until cooked through and browned. Remove from the pan and add the rest of the oil.
- Fry the onions, garlic and ginger for 1 minute. Add the peppers and continue to fry for another 2-3 minutes on high. Add the pak choi, fry for another couple of minutes then add back in the beef.
- Reduce the heat, add the soy sauce and oyster sauce and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Cook Cauliflower Rice as per on pack instructions.
