Asian Stir Fry Singapore noodles

Asian stir fry is suitable for the whole family

Ingredients for 4 servings

Method:  Potato Salad

  1. Boil the kettle and put the noodles in a large pan or bowl. Pour over enough boiled water to cover and set aside for 5-10 mins, until the noodles are completely soft.
  2. Mix the curry powder, turmeric, sugar, sesame oil, soy sauce and 1 tbsp water in a bowl
  3. Heat a wok until very hot. Add the vegetable oil and when hot add the Green Isle Asian Stir Fry Mix. Stir-fry for 3-4 mins until softened and then add the prawns and cook for a further 3 minutes. Drain the noodles and add to the pan, along with the sauce mixture. Stir-fry for a further 3-4 mins, mixing everything together, until hot.
  4. Serve in bowls with the spring onions and chilli, if using.
