Full Irish Breakfast with Hash Browns
Enjoy the classic full Irish breakfast with some Green Isle Hash Browns, the perfect lazy weekend breakfast or brunch.

1 box Green Isle Hash Browns
2 tomatoes, halved
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
8 bacon rashers
8 sausages
4 slices black pudding
4 slices white pudding
4 eggs
200 grams baked beans
To serve:
Toast
Ketchup

Method:
- Pre heat oven to 200C / 180 C fan.
- Place the Green Isle Hash Browns onto a baking tray and place into the oven for 20 - 25 minutes until cooked through and piping hot throughout. Place the tomato halves on a separate baking tray, season with salt and pepper and place into the oven as well.
- Whilst they cook, place the oil into a large saucepan and begin to fry the sausages - start on a low heat and gradually turn up the heat until the sausages are golden. Place in the oven to cook through fully.
- Add the bacon to the same pan and cook for about 5 minutes on each side until cooked through then add to the oven with the sausages.
- Cook the pudding, again in the same pan, for about 4 minutes each side, until crispy and warmed through.
- Place the baked beans into a small saucepan and warm through over a medium heat.
- When everything is ready, fry the eggs in the pan until done to your liking and serve alongside the hash browns, sausages, bacon, tomato, beans and pudding. Serve with lots of hot buttered toast and sauces of your choosing.
