Homemade Granola with yogurt and Mixed berry compote
Easy homemade granola can be made in batches, stored and enjoyed during the week with our Mixed Berries, a tasty, healthy way to start your day.

Ingredients
Homemade Granola
2 tbsp sunflower oil
125g maple syrup
2 tbsp honey
300g oats
150g mixed seeds and nuts
Compote
1 pack of Green Isle Mixed Berries375g
40g Sugar Zest and juice of 1 orange [optional]
To serve
Enjoy with your favourite yogurt, can be plant based like coconut.
Method:
- Heat oven to 150°C Mix all the granola ingredients together and spread out evenly on two baking trays Bake for 25-30 minutes remove from the trays and cool
- In a sauce pan on medium heat add the Mixed Berries and cook for 1 minute Add the sugar and the zest and juice (if using) and stir until all the sugar is dissolved. Bring the mixture to the boil for 1 minute, remove from the heat and leave to cool down.
- Serve up Homemade Granola, with Mixed berries compote and your favourite yogurt.
