Ingredients
250g Green Isle Rustic Chips
6 – 8 chicken goujons, depending on how hungry you are!
150g Green Isle Frozen Peas
Ketchup, to serve
Method:
- To air fry the chips, preheat the air fryer to 200º℃. Place 200g of chips in the basket. Cook for 8 minutes or until crisp and golden, shake occasionally to ensure an even cook.
- Alternatively, to oven cook, preheat the oven to 220℃/Fan 200℃/Gas mark 7.
- Spread the chips on a baking tray and cook for 16-20 minutes until crisp and golden. Turn the chips halfway through.
- For the goujons, cook according to the packet instructions, alongside the goujons.
- For the peas, place into a pan of boiling water then cover, bring back to the boil and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Serve everything together with some ketchup or your favourite sauce alongside for dipping.
