Spicy Wedges, Garden Peas and Cider Haddock

Bring the gastro pub experience home with Green Isle’s flavourful Spicy Wedges and naturally sweet Garden Peas — the perfect pairing for a summer twist on classic fish and chips. Our Spicy Wedges are made from carefully selected potatoes and cooked in sunflower oil for a crispy, golden finish with a gently seasoned coating for extra flavour. Add a pop of colour and nutrition with our Garden Peas — picked at their peak and frozen to lock in freshness, they’re a fibre-rich, a side that’s as wholesome as it is tasty.Complete the plate with Donegal Catch’s Cider Battered Haddock Fillets, made from chunky Atlantic haddock and coated in a light, crispy batter infused with Maddens Mellow cider. Finish with a drizzle of sriracha mayo and a squeeze of lemon for a Friday night treat that’s full of flavour.
