Ingredients
1 x bag Green Isle Tropical Smoothie Mix
175 ml unsweetened coconut milk
1 tbsp chia seeds plus more for topping
75 grams plain coconut yogurt
To top:
Dragonfruit, sliced
Coconut flakes
Kiwi, sliced
Passion fruit, cut in half
Chia seeds
Pomegranate seeds
Method:
- In a blender, add the frozen tropical smoothie mix, unsweetened coconut milk, chia seeds, and full fat plain coconut yogurt.
- Blend until very smooth.
- Pour the smoothie into a bowl.
- Add toppings of sliced dragonfruit, coconut flakes, kiwi slices, passion fruit, chia seeds and pomegranate seeds and enjoy!
