Tropical Smoothie
An 80g serving counts a 1 of your 5 a day. Aim for at least 5 different servings of Green Isle Fruit and Vegetables every day. Green Isle Tropical Smoothie contains 5-6 portions.
How to Prepare
- Add 80g of Green Isle smoothie mix (no need to defrost) into blender.
- Pour 120ml of liquid into blender. Our recommendation is 100ml apple juice and 20ml water works best.
