These instructions are guidelines only as cooking appliances vary. Remove all packaging before cooking. For best results cook from frozen. This product must be cooked thoroughly. Always check the product is piping hot before serving.
Deep Fry: Deep Fry small quantities of Green Isle Chips in hot oil (175°C) for 4-6 minutes depending on how crisp and golden you like your chips. Drain on absorbent paper before serving.
Oven Cook: Place the Green Isle Chips on a baking tray in a pre-heated oven. Turn chips once during cooking.
Fan Assisted Oven: Bake for 20-25 minutes in a pre-heated oven 210°C/Gas mark 6 until crisp and golden.
Conventional Oven: Bake for 20-25 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 220°C/Gas mark 7 until crisp and gold
