These instructions are guidelines only as cooking appliances vary. Remove all packaging before cooking. For best results cook from frozen. This product must be cooked thoroughly. Always check the product is piping hot before serving.
Deep Fry: Pre-heat a deep fryer only one third full of oil to 175°C. Gently lower a small quantity of Green Isle Wedges into the oil and fry for 4-6 minutes. Drain well before serving.
Oven Cook: Place the Green Isle Wedges on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven. Turn wedges once during cooking.
Fan assisted oven: Bake for 15-20 minutes in a pre-heated oven 210°C/Gas mark 6 until crisp and golden.
Conventional oven: Bake for 15-20 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 220°C/Gas mark 7 until crisp and golden.
