Lightly Spiced Wedges, Garden Peas, Sweetcorn and Omega Fish Fingers

This playful plate features our Lightly Spiced Potato Wedges, made from carefully selected potatoes and cooked in sunflower oil for crispy, potato perfection every time. Paired with our naturally sweet Garden Peas and Sweetcorn, both picked at their peak and frozen at their freshest to lock in nutrients and flavour, this meal is a great way to get 1 of your 5-a-day with no food waste and no artificial additives.No prep, no waste, and no fuss — just a balanced, feel-good plate paired with crispy Donegal Catch Fish Fingers and a playful dollop of ketchup. Perfect for busy weeknights or when you just need dinner on the table fast.

Ingredients

400g Green Isle Lightly Spiced Wedges

250g Green Isle Garden Peas

200g Green Isle Sweetcorn

10 Donegal Catch Omega Fish Fingers

4 tbsp. ketchup (or your favourite dipping sauces)

Method:  

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 180°C.
  2. Place fish fingers in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  3. In the same or separate basket, air-fry Green Isle Lightly Spiced Potato Wedges for 15-20 minutes at 180°C. Shake halfway for even crispiness.
  4. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the Green Isle Garden Peas and sweetcorn, cooking for 3-4 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  5. To serve, arrange the crispy fish fingers, golden wedges, and vibrant veggies on a plate. Add a generous dollop of ketchup in a fish shape and enjoy.
